Cancellation Policy
📸 Photography Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines before scheduling your session: 1. Booking & Payment Balance is due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are not held without a retainer. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of deposit. In case of inclement weather for outdoor shoots, rescheduling will be coordinated at no extra cost. 3. Session Details Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. For sports events, coverage begins at the agreed start time or game start and ends at the scheduled finish time or game end. Senior or staged sessions may include outfit changes and location shifts, as discussed during booking. 4. Image Delivery Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the session. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. RAW files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon. 5. Usage & Copyright The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights. Images may be used for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
